Hi there, I'm Shelley and I am an LPC-A practicing in the state of Texas. I hold a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am a member of the ACA (American Counseling Association) and the ACAC (Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling). I work with LGBTQ+, individuals, couples & families, and have extensive experience working with children 10+ and teens. I am also highly skilled in working with neurodivergence (including autism) in youth & adults, and the associated thoughts and behaviors; I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). I provide talk therapy (psychotherapy), psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) as my primary therapeutic modalities.

Services & Fees
This form of therapy consists of the client and the therapist working together on an individual basis. This is the most popular form of therapy that can encompass many different treatment styles including psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
Rates:
$85/50 min. session
$110/1.5 hr. extended session
Couples therapy can help partners work through their issues and resolve them. It can help strengthen friendship, attachment, bonding, and intimacy between them.

Family therapy can help families learn how to communicate effectively, taking into consideration the different personalities and perspectives of each family member.
Rates:
Couples: $110/1hr. session
Families: $125/1hr. session
Group therapy helps people develop communication skills and socialization skills. It also allows them to learn how to discuss their issues, as well as accept criticism from others. Group therapy also allows people to develop self-awareness by listening to other group members with similar issues.
Rates:
$50/1 hr. session
